The Mod Partner Program grows!
When we first launched the Mod Partner Program, we wanted to do one thing well: support the creators who put an incredible amount of time and passion into making free Minecraft mods for everyone. The response from both players and mod creators has been amazing, and it shows that we are on the right path.
Up until today, we’ve onboarded 25 partnered mods, representing a wide range of playstyles, communities, and creative ambitions. Together, we’ve paid out over $100,000 in revenue share directly to creators, helping them make their passion projects more sustainable and rewarding.
Today, we’re excited to introduce the second wave of mod partners joining the Essential Mod Partner Program. Each partner brings a distinct vision to Minecraft, from full Pokémon adventures to deep RPG systems, better farming and building, and so much more. We’re looking forward to seeing where their projects go next.
We know how important it is to support the creator ecosystem and enable people to bring their ideas to life. Introducing our new Mod Partners
Pixelmon brings the Pokémon experience directly into Minecraft. Pokémon spawn naturally as you explore the world, ready to be caught, trained, battled, or traded as you build a team that’s entirely your own. With a Generation 8–inspired battle system, craftable and shop-bought Poké Balls, and a huge variety of items, biomes, and mechanics, the world opens up fast. Whether you’re filling out your Pokédex, challenging player-run Gyms, exploring towns, or setting your own goals, Pixelmon turns Minecraft into a fully fledged, open-ended Pokémon adventure.
Pam’s HarvestCraft reimagines Minecraft’s farming and food systems with 60+ crops, fruit trees, beekeeping, new fish, and over a thousand new foods and ingredients, cake blocks, traps, wells, and a fully expanded recipe ecosystem. The mod encourages players to build thriving farms and craft richer culinary creations. It adds 97 crops, 50 fruit trees, and over a thousand new foods. While it might not bring such things as beekeeping, the latest versions have brand new textures for all crops, fruit trees, and nearly 200 food items.
Iron431 is the creator behind a suite of RPG-focused mods that add depth, structure, and choice to Minecraft gameplay. Most notably, Iron’s Spells ’n Spellbooks brings classic spellcasting fantasy to life with powerful magic, wizard gear, dangerous enemies, and arcane structures to explore, turning every adventure into a magical journey. Alongside it, mods like Iron’s Jewelry introduce modular jewelcrafting and progression systems, while PVP Flagging gives servers fine-grained control over combat.
Some More Blocks expands Minecraft’s building palette with 500+ new block variants, from mosaics and mossy textures to tiles, bricks, and fresh wood patterns. Designed with a vanilla+ feel, it gives builders a huge range of decorative options to elevate structures, interiors, and worlds with clean, cohesive style.
Terrarium Earth is a modding team behind a diverse collection of standout Minecraft mods that expand exploration, building, and progression in meaningful ways. From Ad Astra, which takes players beyond the Overworld and into space, to Chipped and Handcrafted, which dramatically expand decorative and building options, their mods enhance both adventure and creativity. With additional projects like Tempad and Spirit, and many more, Terrarium Earth’s work fits seamlessly into modpacks that value depth, variety, and strong vanilla-plus design.

Alongside our new mod partners, we are expanding our trial modpack partnership program with Cinderstone Studios, the creators behind Prominence™ II: Hasturian Era. If you are a modpack creator yourself, and are interested in a partnership, you can apply here. Please understand that we are going to take things slowly as we are figuring out how these partnerships will work!
Prominence™ II: Hasturian Era is an RPG-focused modpack built around progression, custom content, and large-scale adventures. Players level up using a talent tree, create and upgrade a personal artifact weapon, and take on increasingly difficult bosses while pushing back against the Void. The pack places a strong emphasis on structure and worldbuilding, offering a more guided RPG-style experience inside Minecraft.
