The Future of Sk1er Mods

Today we’re saying goodbye to Mitch (Sk1er) who is leaving the Essential Mod team to pursue a new path! Since Spark Universe’s acquisition of ModCore back in 2020, Mitch has been a big part of starting and growing the Essential Mod project.
As CEO, he led the Essential Mod team until early 2024, all while making significant contributions to the project’s development. Without him, Essential Mod would not be what it is today. We’d like to thank Mitch for his work over the past several years and wish him nothing but success with his future projects!
Sk1er Mods
With Mitch’s departure from Essential Mod, he will be taking over ownership of the original Sk1er mods once more! Spark Universe’s passion is for the Essential Mod project, and so it’s only fitting that the remainder of the Sk1er mods return to their original creator going forward.
The full suite of Sk1er Mods including projects like Patcher, Autotip, Levelhead, and many more, are fully owned, operated and maintained by Sk1er.
Sk1er mods will remain Essential Partner Mods, and you can find support for them at Sk1er.club/discord.
