Solution

If your account belongs to a family group, then the Adult Account of this family group must carry out these steps. To learn more about family groups, read

Visit your Xbox account settings and log in if prompted.

Click on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety at the top.

Set the following options to Allow:

You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

You can join multiplayer games

You can add friends
