What to look out for?
What happens if your account gets banned?
Banned players will be unable to access social features, or host or be invited to multiplayer games.
For serious or repeated violations, a permanent ban may be issued.
Account ban appeal
We carefully review all reports before taking action on any account because we want to keep Essential fair and respectful for everyone.
However, if you believe you were banned by mistake, you can follow the steps below:
Send an appeal via the Essential Ban Appeal Form with all relevant information (username and why you shouldn’t have been banned).
Please submit just one appeal—spamming the form or other channels (like our Discord) might get your appeal denied.
