Public Bug Tracker

Why have a public bug tracker?
We strive to make Essential compatible with as many mods as possible. We continue to improve how we identify, track, and resolve compatibility issues alongside the community and mod developers.
To make it easier for us to improve compatibility between Essential and other mods, we have launched a public bug tracker.
Previously, reporting a bug or mod conflict was only possible through our support team on Discord. And once it was reported, there was no way to get insight into its status, discuss the problem with other users, or be notified of when it was resolved. This changes today.
What can I do on the bug tracker?
The bug tracker will show you which bugs and mod conflicts we are already tracking, and let you report new ones.
The public bug tracker will allow you to:
View known issues and mod incompatibilities
Track the status of reported issues
Discuss issues with other community members
Provide additional information to help diagnose problems
Report an issue or mod conflict
What is available today?
We’ve been tracking incompatibilities between Essential and other mods internally for a long time. Now, all of these known incompatibilities are available to view on the public bug tracker.
How do I report an issue?
Issues can be reported here. There are a few templates available, which will help us gather all of the information we need to look into the issue.
If you’re unsure about the issue you’re facing, or cannot fill out the template entirely, you can still reach out to our support team on Discord.
